Prioritising your mental health and wellbeing.

The Go Mental Clinic is here!

Hello! Welcome to the Go Mental Clinic, where nutrition meets mental health.

After three successful years running the Go Mental Festival — and countless conversations with our community — one message came through loud and clear: people want personalised, practical support for their mental wellbeing that goes beyond a one-day event.

That’s why we created the Go Mental Clinic to give you the support you need whenever you need it.
Led by the same team of qualified nutritional therapists behind the festival, the Go Mental Clinic offers 1:1 nutrition and lifestyle consultations designed to support your mental health — whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, ADHD, or simply want to feel more balanced and resilient, we’ve got you covered.

This is a space for real, evidence-based guidance — no fads, no fluff. Just tailored support rooted in the science of nutrition and lifestyle medicine, delivered with empathy and care.
