She has a decade of experience mastering the technique of visualisation and is on a mission to share it with others. As a two times TEDx speaker and public figure, her story and expertise has the power to inspire, empower and educate the masses. She lives in London. 
Helen is a registered integrative therapist based in the UK. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent’s University, London, and is a member of the BACP.
